  9. 1 1/2 pounds Jimmy Dean sausage
  10. 2 pounds frozen corn
  11. 6 eggs
  12. 1 pouch of cornbread mix 
  13. 2 cans creamed corn
  14. 3 ounces frozen green chile
  15. pepper 
  16. garlic powder
  17. longhorn cheddar cheese (about 2/3 pound)
  18. milk

  20. Fry the sausage.  Pour off the grease and spread it on the bottom of a 
  21. large casserole dish. Sprinkle one pound of frozen corn kernels over the 
  22. sausage.  Mix everything else (reserving some grated cheese for the topping)
  23. and add milk until it will pour easily.  Pour over the top of the corn 
  24. and sausage.  Sprinkle with more cheese and bake at 350 until barely set.
